Which kind of solar system is right for you?

On-grid (net metering)
Panels and a grid-tied inverter, connected to K-Electric. Lowest cost per unit saved, and you earn credit for exported units. It switches off during load shedding, for safety.
Hybrid (with batteries)
A hybrid inverter and lithium batteries. You save on your bill and keep power during load shedding. The best fit for most Karachi homes.
Off-grid
Runs fully on panels and batteries, without the grid. For places with no reliable connection, such as farmhouses or remote sites.

What size system do I need?
In Karachi each kW of panels produces roughly 130 units a month on average. Divide your monthly units by 130 for a rough size, or use the solar calculator.
Which panels do you use?
Tier-1 panels such as LONGi and Jinko Solar. Your quote lists the exact model and wattage.
